1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on digital products in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Misrepresentation: If the product description or features significantly misrepresent the actual product you received.
- Unauthorised Purchases: If an unauthorised transaction was made using your payment method, and you report it to us promptly with a reasonable explanation of how it was unauthorised.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at accounts@carveto.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase, explaining the reason for your refund request.
- Provide your order number that was sent to your email address at the time of purchase, the name of the product, and any relevant details about the issue you are facing. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.
3. Refund Approval
Refunds will be approved at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is not genuine or does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds for vehicle history checks will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for digital products due to a change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product. Please ensure that you review the product description and any available demos before making a purchase.
