1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on digital CarVeto products in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using your vehicle check, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Misrepresentation: If the product description or features significantly misrepresent the car history check you received.
- Unauthorised Purchases: If an unauthorised transaction was made using your payment method, and you report it to us promptly with a reasonable explanation of how it was unauthorised.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, explaining the reason for your refund request.
- Provide your order number (sent to you at the time of purchase), the name of the CarVeto report, and any relevant details about the issue you are facing.
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.
3. Refund Approval
Refunds will be approved at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is not genuine or does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds for CarVeto car checks and Vehicle History Checks will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for digital products due to a change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product.
Please ensure you review the product description and any available sample car check reports before making a purchase.
